The results are in!

Following our RHS Election yesterday, the votes have been counted and verified by our dedicated team of Student Leaders and volunteers, and we can now announce the our elected party.

We had a massive 90% turnout of voters, compared to the national picture of 69% of voters taking part in the General Election, and whilst the UK could not elect a majority winner, at Rastrick, the Labour Party won, taking 53% of the vote, with the Green Party next with just 16%.

The national result has given our students a great opportunity to further develop their knowledge of democracy, with us now being able to learn about a hung parliament, and how this will affect who runs our country.
