Accessing the Learning Zone at home
If your child is experiencing any issues logging into the Learning Zone you will need to clear the cache history on your computer. Helpsheets on how to do this can be found below:
It may be helpful for parents to be aware that all schools are required by the Local Authority to report any obvious or suspected cases of child abuse. This includes non-accidental injury, severe physical neglect, emotional abuse and/or sexual abuse. The procedure is intended to protect children and schools are encouraged to adopt the attitude that it is better to be safe than sorry. School does not wish to risk upsetting parents by reporting a case which may prove to be unfounded. It is hoped, in these circumstances, parents will appreciate how difficult it is to carry out such a delicate responsibility and accept that the school was acting in what it believed to be the best interests of the child.

Compliments and Complaints Procedure
We are always pleased to receive your suggestions for how we can improve what we do at Rastrick High School. Please also let us know if we are doing something particularly well as we always appreciate your compliments.
The best way to do this is to contact the school directly or post a positive comment on Parentview using the link below.
We hope that you never have cause for complaint but if you think that you do, we have a complaints policy which aims to provide a speedy solution to any complaint that may arise. Details of this and other policies can be found here.
